National Council on Disability
Friday, September 19, 2008
Last month, AADB and Helen Keller National Center co-wrote a paper giving input on the trends and unresolved issues impacting the lives of deaf-blind people for the National Council on Disability (NCD). This was in response to NCD’s call for public input for a study of emerging issues and trends affecting the lives of people with disabilities. Information gathered will be used in the development of NCD's next annual progress report to the President and Congress.
This paper is available, starting with the next page. Print and Braille copies are available through the AADB Office upon request.
